Still Motion – Evo Australia

If you’re not familiar with Still Motion, they are widely regarded as the best in the world at what we do (producing wedding cinema).  About a year ago, I suggested to Patrick that he should bring their Still Motion Evolution Experience down under.  Patrick loved the idea we made it happen!

The team from D’nM were lucky enough to attend the workshops and to say that they were inspirational is truly an understatement.  We had so much fun, learned so much about effective storytelling and enjoyed a fantastic couple of weeks with the Still Motion crew and wedding cinematographers from all over the world !  (Hi to Kee & Sharon from Malaysia and Kenny from Singapore!).

One of the highlights for myself was the having opportunity to work with the Still Motion team of Patrick, Konrad and Amina at the wedding of Serena & Liang.  Patrick put together this amazing Same-Day-Edit.

It was awesome to see them in action and to see the same day edit come together.  I’d like to thank Serena & Liang for allowing Santo from Paper Cranes, photographer James Day and myself to share the day with them (and Still Motion).

A HUGE THANK YOU to Patrick, Amina, Konrad, Tatjana & Matt (aka Brad J Lamm), Jaime, (& Paul & Liz) for an amazing educational experience.  I hope that I can make it over to Toronto sometime soon to hang out in your home town 🙂
