The Ubershops!

On Saturday we spent the day learning about photography with Chris from Uber Photography.

So, what were a videography team doing learning photography?  Well, we’re not about to add photography to our services in the near future, but the cameras that we’re now shooting many of our videos on are the same cameras as the photographers are using.  Attending Chris’ Ubershops is about helping us to master these cameras, which will help us to create better videos … and also to help us take better happy-snaps of our families 🙂

D’nM Wedding Films are one of only a few Sydney studios who regularly invest in our own education and improvement.  I’m astounded by the number of videographers in Sydney who don’t attend workshops, don’t participate in forums, are not up with current trends and don’t have any real interest in improving their product.  Oh well, they will always be playing catch-up to those of us who do !!  We’re also proud to be involved in helping other studios across Australia to succeed and grow their businesses: http://www.exposeddownunder.com.au).
