Thanks for checking out our work online. We’re delighted that you saw something that sparked your interest to contact us.

We’d like to offer some reassurance and a little advice on selecting your wedding filmmaker.

We understand that not every couple is looking for the same thing in their wedding video and that we may not be the best match for some couples. However there are a few elements that we feel are important to consider when you select the company who will capture these precious moments:

1) Reliability, trustworthiness, honesty.

We have twice been voted as Australia’s #1 wedding video supplier by the brides of Australia via the ABIA awards.  These awards are based upon their experience as a customer and take into consideration our customer service, quality of our product, the value for money that we offer and the attitude of our team.  Along with these ABIA Awards, we have won numerous other awards which are a collective testament to our reliability, honesty, trustworthiness and overall quality of service.

2) Reassurance of quality.

As an accredited member of the Australian Video Producers Association (AVPA), you can be assured that every one of our productions meets the high standards of the AVPA.  In fact, as one of the few accredited members in NSW, the AVPA guarantee our work *.

We have been honoured with several awards at the AVPA annual awards. We stay on the cutting edge of production technology and are a recognised industry leader for the wedding films that we produce.

3) Style / Unobtrusiveness.

A fear that we hear quite often is that the video crew will get in the way or will be ‘in your face’.  That is not our style at all.  We are very conscious of remaining as unobtrusive as possible and we frequently receive feedback from our couples that they barely noticed us filming throughout their wedding day.

4) Endorsements.

Having filmed weddings since 2004, we have quite a strong network within the industry.  Along with the many brides and grooms who recommend us frequently to their friends – we are widely recommended by wedding planners, photographers, other videographers and other wedding industry professionals throughout Australia.

You will find glowing endorsements from brides online (at forums such as the Vogue and I-Do sites), as well as some stories of regret from brides who were unable to book us because we were fully booked.

All of our awards can also be verified at the websites of the respective organisations involved.

5) Price – a fit for your budget.

Most couples who book with us invest between $4995 and $8000 for full-day, cinematic coverage – however we have package options starting from $2995 and we’re confident that we will have a product to suit your budget.

Beware:

Unfortunately our industry has its share of shonky dealers who employ unethical business practices such as;

> Making false claims regarding awards,

> Showing work that isn’t their own,

> Promising one person as the camera operator and send someone else instead,

> Not delivering on the terms of the agreement / contract

…. These are desperados who will try any unethical tactic to secure your booking. Regrettably we have heard many horror stories from couples who have been victims of unscrupulous operators.  Why risk it?

.

As a boutique studio, we only take on a limited number of weddings each year so that we can dedicate the time and attention that each of our clients deserves.

We hope that we are a good fit for you.  If you like our work and our product is within your price range, then we would encourage you to meet with us or chat via Skype so that we may discuss the most suitable package option for you.

* conditions apply to the AVPA guarantee.
